On January 19, 2022, Xia Kaifeng, member of the Standing Committee of the District Committee and Head of the Organization Department, visited the representatives of high-level talents in education, health and enterprises of the district.  

     Xia Kaifeng visited 6 newly introduced doctors and Taiwanese talent representatives from Jiangsu Feiter Communication Co., LTD., Jiangsu Xinsheng Microelectronics Technology Co., LTD., 9 Peking University graduates and 9 medical doctors from Huai 'an Hospital. He sent New Year greetings and best wishes to each talent everywhere he went.  Thank them for their contribution to the development of education, health, scientific and technological innovation in our district.  

     During the visit, Xia Kaifeng carefully learned about everyone's working and living conditions in Huaihe, listened to their opinions and suggestions on the introduction, training and service of talents, encouraged all outstanding talents to continue to cultivate their sense of responsibility and dedication, actively play a leading role in demonstrating, and vigorously promote the spirit of climbing peaks and being a pioneer.  With more excellent performance for huaian District economic and social development to add a powerful innovation power.
