First, the event introduction

The Shenzhen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is jointly sponsored by the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government and the Torch High-tech Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology. It is the first city-level innovation and entrepreneurship competition in China. The competition is divided into electronic information, internet and mobile. Internet, biomedicine, advanced manufacturing, new energy, energy saving and environmental protection, new materials in six industries.

Second, the qualifications

The contestants who won the first and second prizes of the previous China Shenzhen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition will not participate in this competition; the players who won the first and second prizes of the previous China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Industry Finals will not be selected to participate in the China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Industry Finals.

Third, the conditions of participation

This competition is divided into two categories: enterprise group and team group:

(1) Enterprise group

       1. Scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises (not listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges) that are legally registered in Shenzhen or Shenzhen Special Cooperation Zone and meet the national standardization standards;

       2. With innovative ability and high growth potential, mainly engaged in research and development, manufacturing, production and service of high-tech products, with intellectual property rights and no property rights disputes;

       3. Good business practices, good social reputation, and no bad records;

       The annual sales revenue of 4.2018 is not more than 200 million yuan.

(2) Team group

       1. An entrepreneurial team with scientific and technological innovation achievements and entrepreneurial plans that has not been registered in Shenzhen or Shenzhen Special Cooperation Zone before the deadline for registration of this competition (such as overseas entrepreneurs returning to China and entering the stage of entrepreneurship implementation, College student entrepreneurship team, etc.);

       2. The core team members are no less than 3 people;

       3. Within one year after the planned competition, the company is incorporated in Shenzhen or Shenzhen Special Cooperation Zone;

       4. The products, technologies and patents in the participating projects belong to the participating teams and there is no dispute over property rights.

Fourth, the entry rules

In order to maintain the seriousness, authority and impartiality of the competition, participants who participate in the following situations are deemed to have automatically waived all rights and interests in the creation of the competition:

       1. The participating projects are not in the six industries of electronic information, internet and mobile internet, biomedicine, advanced manufacturing, new energy, energy saving and environmental protection, and new materials;

       2. The products, technologies and related patents of the participating projects are not vested in the participating teams, there is a dispute over property rights, and the information provided is fraudulent;

       3. All short-listed companies and teams have not received the due date or have not prepared the relevant entry materials as required;

       4. The winners did not submit the award materials according to the relevant requirements or did not submit the relevant materials on time.
