R&D Department - Recruitment of RF R&D Engineer

[Job Description]

1. The design and development of RF circuit modules, including but not limited to the following circuits;

2. Responsible for testing and verifying RF circuits and modules, as well as laboratory debugging;

3. Responsible for RF device and circuit layout design, as well as post simulation and packaging simulation verification;

4. Responsible for reliability testing and analysis of RF modules;

5. Participate in modeling and material design of RF devices.

[Job Requirements]

1. Proficient in using design tools such as ADS, Cadence, MMSIM, and electromagnetic simulation;

2. Strong experience in layout design and ability in circuit testing and analysis;

3. Outstanding hands-on and proactive learning abilities;

4. Good communication/teamwork skills;

5. Graduate degree or above, major in semiconductor physics, microelectronics, integrated circuits, and related fields;

6. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, CET-6 or above;

7. Have complete experience in PA/LNA/Switch product development;

8. Proficient in the design and debugging methods of RFCMOS, RFSOI, and GaAs HBT/pHEMT, familiar with semiconductor devices, materials, and processes;

9. Understand high-power packaging design and reliability analysis methods.
