On July 3, 2025, the 4th Multilayer Ceramic LTCC HTCC MLCC Industry Forum was held in Hefei. Wang Hongyang, Chairman of our company, was invited to attend and deliver a keynote report entitled "Development Technology and Trends of LTCC RF Devices".

Wang Hongyang, Chairman of FTR, graduated from Xidian University in 2004. Later, he participated in the founding of one of China's top three mobile terminal antenna companies. In 2015, he established a company focusing on the research, development and mass production of LTCC radio frequency devices. The company started production in Huai'an, Jiangsu Province in 2020. Over the years, it has solved many technical problems in this field, covering materials, processes, 3D circuit design and processing equipment, etc., which has significantly improved the manufacturing technology level of domestic LTCC devices. The mass-produced radio frequency products have been widely adopted by terminals such as Samsung, Huawei, ZTE, OPPO, Honor, Dell and HP. Some products have even achieved mass production and large-scale application in China for the first time.

The theme of the discussion by Wang Hongyang, Chairman of FTR, will focus on the material research and development, process manufacturing, and other aspects of electronic ceramics LTCC, HTCC, and MLCC, contributing to accelerating the development of electronic ceramic technology in China.
