Xia Kaifeng visited 6 newly introduced PhDs and Taiwanese talent representatives from Jiangsu FTR Communication Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Xinsheng Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., 9 Peking University graduates introduced by the education and sports system, and 9 medical PhDs from Huai'an Hospital.
